Camping And Tunnelling And How It Could Be Resolved
Since the start of me playing this game tunnelling and camping has gotten worse and worse to the point of it being unbearable and I'm honestly sick of it. DBD games aren't as fun as they once we're because every game is either get tunnelled, get camped, or escape. Usually for me it's around 40%/40%/20% in that specific order.
Two severe changes need to be made to make it less frustrating and to stop rewarding camping killers for their playstyle as this usually tends to cause disconnects within the first 30 seconds of the game, the other survivors aren't rewarded for staying in there and you're instantly at a disadvantage because you're 1 person down and it usually causes a chain reaction of disconnects on top of it too. Killers like bubba and others who have a really low pick rate should not be affected from these changes however, as when a survivor sees these specific killers they will automatically know that they are going to be camped, or surprised by "normal-like" gameplay (and it does not take away this playstyle completely but it does limit it).
*Camping*
If you are camped before 3 gens are done at the start of the game you should automatically get an extended timer on the hook, or at the very least deliverance for free, the killers SBMM should kick in harder for the next 2 games and the killer should get a severe pip penalty to stop rewarding killers for camping.
*Tunnelling*
Clearly the recent changes to deter tunnelling has not worked because it is more prevalent than ever.
For tunnelling, survivors should be able to outrun the killer (with a severe speed boost) until X amount of steps have been taken, as well as a SECOND BT hit, AND have built in DS (without having the perk equipped). This WILL reduce the amount of killers tunnelling or at the very least give the survivor a fighting chance to gain pips (this should instantly deactivate if they decide to take protection hits for a teammate) OR... after the 2nd time the killer has hooked the same person via tunnelling, the survivor should get an "immunity" phase where they are invisible to the killer for X amount of seconds to at least give that survivor a chance to still gain and heal back to full health and have the opportunity to still gain PIPs.
That's my two cents on it. A lot of players aren't going to like these suggested changes but who likes change in general?

No.
There's nothing wrong with camping or tunneling
There is if it's being experienced in 8 out of 10 games, that is not normal gameplay. This issue is especially prevalent for streamers.
I've always thought that if the killer is camping and tunneling (as voted on by the survivors with an in-game poll) then the killer should be teleported to the bad boy box in the middle of the map until the game ends. Then the survivors can go to the bad boy box and wag their fingers at the killer for being a big ole meanie and playing in ways they do not like.
