FIXED - Half Buy fail?

Yesterday i sent a mrssage tô the game support, i had buy the nightmare and leatherface dlc and i had the confirmation of purchase but in game the characters still locked, i sent a message tô the costumes support about 12 hours ago and no replies till now.

Anyone had the same problem sometime?, how much time it takes for a costumer support replie?, how long it takes tô unlock on game after payment?
