why is there no anonymous mode in the forum?

in game he allows to play as toxic as possible. why is the same not allowed here in the forum?

    The forum is not the game first of all. Also, "toxic behaviour' is a something that's hard to define - there's no exemption from game rules even with Anon Mode on in-game. Same as there's no exemption from the rules here on the forum.
