if you prevent a survivor from moving, during end game collapse, to secure the kill, does this count as a reportable offense? Also, is trying to use your hitbox to prevent an unhook a reportable offense?

It doesn’t count as a reportable offense as the game will come to an eventual end due to EGC (if that isn’t triggered bodyblockung like that can be considered holding the game hostage)
trying to prevent the unhook is also not against any rules.
