BT and deliverance.
Does BT pretty much guarantee a safe hook rescue? Like if they get hit immediately and lead the killer on a chase for however many seconds it takes for a safe hook rescue (not sure of number) does it count?

Yeah basically it does.
I use a really annoying solo loadout.
DS, BT, Deliv and Sprint Burst
If I get a rescue before I'm hooked, I have 2 things to help me get away lol
