What does this icon mean?

any idea? i was the only one escaping that round, so the player did get sacrificed probably or escaped, idk since i didnt stuck to the end as both of us were injured and the third was being death-hooked in the moment i opened the door

Edit: it was a soloQ lobby, im not befriended with the player in question.

I should mean that but there seems to be a (cosmetic) bug where it’s showing the icon for the last survivor sacrificed or something
