We need a limit on how much we can influence Gen speeds

We need a Limit for how much we can influence how slow or fast a generator get's repaired

Survivors have Tools to make the repairs shorter

Killers have Tools to make the repairs slower.

But there is absolutely no Limit for both sides and this sucks.

It sucks for the killer when the survivor can finish a gen in 30 seconds ALONE with certain items and perks. In teams it's even faster

And then we have slowdown perks and addons which can result on gens taking twice as long or even longer.

So here is my idea:

There is a maximum on how much gen's can be speed up or made slower.

A gen repair can take maximum 150% (aka 135 seconds) and minimal 75% (aka 67,5 seconds) alone and with teammates minimal 50% (aka 45 seconds)

A swf with 4 toolboxes goes on the same gen? Still takes 45 seconds

A killer bringing every slowdown perk? Still the gen can't take longer then 135 seconds
