Iron Will sometimes not working

Iron Will sometimes doesn’t activate when in injured state. The perk icon will then not light up and the grunts of pain can be heard in normal volume by yourself as well as other players.
Reproduction/How often:
not found a reliable way, my partner has it sometimes when playing, noticed it recently on Claudette and Nea with multiple different perk combinations against different killers. It doesn’t occur often and even if it happens in one match it doesn’t happen every time when injured.

If i recall, the perk doesnt work if youre Exhausted
Yeah, my partner doesn’t run any exhaustion perks. Will try to look if it only happens on killer addons with exhaustion though, didnt think about that!
