Difference between Frank's Mixtape and Stab Wounds Study?

I only have 1 Frank's Mixtape so I haven't tested it myself yet so I am confused on to what they do. I've seen players use Stab Wounds study but it looks like what Frank's Mixtape sounds like it does so I'm not sure what either of them do now because the tex5t isa confusing me. Can I get a clarification?

    Frank's mixtape makes it so you need 2 hits from deepwound to down somebody.

    Stab Wounds makes them bleed out faster. Combine both and let the survivor escape=pick up a dead body in 10 secs.
