Swap the guard models with demons and you have potentially one of the best killer legendaries in the game.

A Marauder might work better but I think either could work tbh.

    How though? Doomslayer has no interest in killing ordinary humans. And good luck trying to make him into a survivor. He would obliterate the entity and every killer in the game

    well like i said, marauder is also an option

    there's also entity manipulation and all that, could just make him think he's killing demons instead of people.

    Survivors like Yui, David, RE characters probably can too, but the lore of the entity’s realm contradicts that as survivors can’t fight back. If it was the real world, then killers like Legion and Pig would get destroyed.
