I Feel Like The Blight Serums Can Use Some Changes

I really feel like the Blight Serum can have more varying effects on each killer. Like Wesker gets an additional charge to their power but the range of his power is slightly reduced, or Wraith travels quicker and longer after uncloaking but survivors get afflicted with the Serum and get a slight speed boost when hit, just something interesting to spice up gameplay more.

Also I feel like it should be accessible outside of the event similar to the survivor's Refined Serum or something.

    I'd just like an option to toggle the power because oh boy is it a pain on trapper 😅
