Bring back infinite flashbang stacking?

It was literally the most fun part about the perk ever, what's the point of only getting to make a SINGLE flashbang? At least make the limit go up to 3 or 4 flashbangs per Survivor, instead of just 1. The worst bugfix maybe ever.

    What makes you say the skill is bugged?

    Do you suspect that if the survivors could have 4 flashBangs in a row, wouldn't that be fair?
