Do the event offerings count as BP offerings?

I've been working on getting Yui to P100 so I have over 100 of these addons and just been burning them. I'm just curious if they are affected.

This is referring specifically to things like Bloody Party Streamers and not the current Event offerings that you can obtain in your bloodwebs
