No they recently released a roadmap that extends into early 2023 which translates to mid or late 2023 in game developerese.
If you get a cheater just leave the game. They will get bored cheating if killers don't feed them anymore
And get a penalty that increases every time I do so? Not really a realistic solution if it’s locking me out of the game
DC penalty is disabled currently.
True but that wasn’t due to cheaters afaik. Either way it’s temporary unlike the current cheater problem
It's impossible to stop the cheaters is the bad part, no matter what BHVR does there will always be a way around it, as the game evolves so do the cheats, the only thing BHVR can do is what they're already doing which is just a back and forth of them patching things and cheaters finding a new way in, if they implement a autoban system then the cheaters will use that to hack streamers and make it look like theyre cheating just so they get banned while live, what do you suggest as a fix? How can you keep up with something that can break back in day 1 after a patch and ban wave happens
I havent seen any cheaters since the last 2 updates. If you're going to complain about them, at least post some video evidence and make a report while you're at it.
