Territorial imperative is possibly the most useless and extremely situational perk I'm going to lie something like TINH as a better chance of being used but if you still stick with another not do good killer perk Beast of Prey sure it's still bad but it can help with sneaking up on other survivors if your quick enough or just using it more stealth based builds. But Territorial is just bad the range of when it activates is bad and the fact it has a cool-down the only time someone will run it is if their a basement Bubba so I feel like Territorial just needs some kind of rework to make it somewhat decent.

    Yea, I am pretty sure most people wants this perk to be reworked, since you can't really buff a perk that has bad effect in the first place.
