Let the Wraith interact with Halloween things without uncloaking.
In a game where every second counts it seems bizarre that you have to waste four seconds more than any other killer.
I'd rather not get the speed boost in exchange for being cloaked instead of alerting everybody within earshot that I'm nearby.
