Did BHVR change their stance on limited time items?
They said they didn't want anymore hard exclusivity when they gave everyone the meg mask. And the summer bbq outfits. Because they wanted to move away from exclusive items? But with the new limited time cosmetics for halloween i guess that promise is no longer valid?

Pretty sure they always meant no exclusive items like those event codes that could be sold for horrendous prices by scammers.
they always left legacy Outfits exclusive after all and pretty much introduced event exclusive items right after as well as left charms exclusive
they stated they gave out last event cosmetics because many people who earned them lost them and their system couldnt reliably track who actually earned them rightfully but they overhauled said system
i think that last part is BS, considering its the same thing for Legacy. Yet here we are
They probably thought we forgot or that they would make an exception since it's the biggest holiday event of the year for their game. At least the ones in the store aren't the best ones, it's the ones you can earn from smashing pumpkins and the Rift outfits.
