Unable to unhook from Face Camper on Haddenfield

I'm not sure what exactly happened here as I had the option initially to grab them and then it disappeared after the Nemesis moved a bit. I don't know if this was a one time thing or if the Nemesis found a spot they could facecamp where you couldn't unhook the person (since the pallets are in the way) but figured I'd show my video and let you figure it out as I imagine this would be real easy for the devs to duplicate.
