So... we are basically getting nothing new when this Midchapter goes live?

Where are the Twins changes / rework that a lot of people have been looking forward to?

Where are the nerfs to Nurse and Blight that desperately need to happen? Nurse is a humongous imbalance to the game and you are completely ignoring that. Nurse with certain build is an unstoppable OP monster. Having Nurse as she is right now still in the game is like you got a deep, nasty cut in your body, and you don't treat it at all. You don't sanitize it, you don't patch it up, you just let it be as it is....

Where are further buffs to perks that need buffs? Like Buckle Up, Resurgence, Solidarity etc.? I was really looking forward to seeing which useless perks you are going to make good and fun to use...

    Halloween Event is still coming with the mid chapter and the events never go to ptb, because bhvr likes to surprise us with what is actually involved with the event.
