Rancor and Devour Hope don't need Changing

No one's going to be running Devour Hope anymore since its appeal was the ability to Mori Survivors and Rancor's just going to have a frankly more busted endgame build pop up. They REALLY do not need any changes.

    Devour Hope is basically the same. You down survivor and instantly kill them, just via the hook. That's arguably a buff if you take into account killers with longer mori animations



    as for Rancor... yeah they completely pissed on that perk
