Simple solution to basekit UB
Double all the numbers.
Simple, 90 sec base recovery brought to 45 with unbreakable, enough to counter 4 man slugging, but short enough that you can still chase another survivor and get a hit or a down, reasonably expecting to go back and pick up the one you downed.
It's not perfect, and having it built in at all is still going to really hurt killers ability to pressure swf groups, ideally 120 or 180 seconds even, its better than 4 mins at least.
