Isn't prestige supposed to give you better items on the blood Web?

I liked when prestiging gave you better items to choose from on the blood Web. I guess now that we must prestige they don't have to give us better items. I have hundreds of offerings and add ons that I will never use. Maybe it would be a good idea if when we prestige to the next level there were less Brown items and more yellow, then green, then purple, then red items and they just cost more blood point rather than having hundreds of items No one whatever use.

    That's what they said. Sure doesn't seem like it though. Maybe they increased the chance better items will appear by 0.05 percent every bloodweb.
