Make a sticky post with screenshots showing how to report matches ingame
A quick suggestion for the mods or Mandy, I’ve seen a lot of people who seem to be confused on how to submit an ingame report because the system changed slightly with the addition of anonymous mode. (Basically I think the difference is you used to have to report a specific player, now you report the match and Customer Service can see which players are which.) But when you click on names of anonymous players in the endgame you only see the word “Block” so I think people are only clicking on that name, not seeing a report player option, and incorrectly thinking the report match feature is missing. (Unless there’s actually a bug? 🤷♂️)
I think a step by step detailed post with corresponding screenshots for visual reference could be helpful.
