high prestige bloodwebs

i feel like it always said somewhere in the game that P3 bloodwebs have better loot but that has always been false. now with the new update i feel like my higher tier bloodwebs really are spawning much better loot. has anyone else seen this or is it me?

    My highest prestige character is prestige 4, so I haven't noticed really how much better loot I get.

    While I appreciate having less brown add-ons, I dread the day I'll be at a higher prestige where I won't have as many yellow add-ons. For some killers, yellow are the same as brown but with better numbers, but on my main, Legion, yellows have unique effects that I like more than higher-rarity add-ons.

    That was part of the update. Higher tier addons/offerings have higher weight at higher prestige levels.
