When you complete (claim) a Tome challenge, doesn't that level you up once in the Rift?

So for instance, if you're at level 47 and you claim 3 challenges you completed, you should level then up to 50?

    No

    Normal challenges just give you 3 Rift Fragments, and a Master Challenge gives you 5 Rift Fragments. You need 10 of them to level up

    No it takes 10 shards to level up once and each challenge awards 3 or 5 shards
