Can we extend reassurance range slightly to reach basement from above?
Camping bubbas can simply stand on the stairs to stop the reassurance, this perk was seemingly added to stop this behavior.

That is an alternate interpretation, ig my opinion just depends on what the intent actually is.
A better change would be remove the proximity requirements from reassurance but only allow it to be used while the killer remains within a certain proximity to the hook with mo nearby survivors.
To prevent swf abuse the killer just has to leave the area.
I wouldn't say reassurance was designed to stop facecamping, but I see no issue with giving it a couple extra meters of range. I ran into an endgame situation where being able to reassurance the person on hook without running down the basement would have prevented an extra death.
