Remove Wesker's red overlay
After the 6.2.1 update, when using the Wesker's power, it shows a red overlay on the screen. Just... why? It's unnecessary and it hinders instead of actually helping. I don't think he needs any overlay at all, because if someone uses his power, they will know they're using it.
This overlay didn't exist before, and I don't see a reason for it to exist know.

I don't really mind it. There was also an overlay before but is was the same as Legion's Frenzy.
