Auric cells keep dissapearing from my account
I had 350 auric cells last time i checked on my steam account, from an auric cell pack I bought about a month ago. Today I have 250, totally dissapeared with my 100 and I even have proof of it. This has happened to me several times before, note that I have an epic games linked to my steam account but I can't find the auric cells that I "lost" in either of those. I don't know what to do especially when the support is just an useless bot that took 2 days to answer me with the most generic answer they could give. Please I need help.
