Ability to check matchmaking bonus outside of game

Now that there is a way to see players in which role are needed for balanced queues in game, would be nice to have a way to see it outside of game, like a website page or API. Personally it would make me more likely to jump in the game for a match or two at random times if I know queue will be short for a particular role, without needing to load up the game.
