Why is Spine Chill still a hardcounter stealth killers.

Can we come to a middle ground.

When in Killer's terror radius, Spine Chill activates, the icon begins to pulse.

(Make the edges of the perk pulse along with heartbeat intensity, keeps the accessibility for those hard of hearing. )

If the Killer is with 16 meters and looking at you with a clear line of sight the icon lights up, you benefit from the following effect:

Increases your Action speeds in Repairing, Healing, Sabotaging, Unhooking, Cleansing, Blessing, Opening, and Unlocking by 4/6/8%.

(This would allow stealth killers time to sneak up and also give survivors that are paying attention a window to escape, and a small 2% buff to reward bold plays)

  • This is a good idea. I don't understand buffing it for the sake of accessibility vs. killers with no terror radius. Nobody can hear them, not folks with good hearing or hard of hearing ones. So why does it even trigger for undetectable at all?
