I always have +100% bonus on survivor no matter time.

On my region there must be so low quantity of survs of medium mmr up that i always have 100%

There is allways a 100% incresse to Survivors, because at the moment more KIller play Dbd. Many Survivors are still crying, that Killers got a buff.

I've been experiencing ~25% - 50% bonus for the killers since 8 PM and later on, while survivors' bonus of ~100% ends around at 4 PM, and then it gets lower per literally each hour by ~25%. So, from ~100% to ~75%, an approximately hour later to ~50%, and approximately another hour later to ~25%, and then it's the time when killer queues are increased - Basically, ever since SWF premades get into the game and people return home from work.

Time zone is central European Summer time, which is currently UTC+2.

Well, killer is the easier role (compared to solo survivor) at the moment, and lots of people go for the easier role. You dont depend on your teammates doing good, or even staying in the game at all. Quite the opposite, if one survivor decided to kill himself early, it becomes a walk through the park for you.

Thus, a lot of survivors switched to killers (me too, until i got all the killer achivements i wasn´t to complete before. Since the killer buff, it was surprisingly easy), and less survivors to go around, thus the bonus.
