Change Wesker's Pallet Breaking Animation
I honestly can't tell if he's started his pallet breaking animation or he's charging up his power; they both have him raising his arm with tentacles. People will abuse this and fake breaking pallets a lot more convincingly unlike other killers who fake only by standing still next to them.

Hag can hit pallets to fake breaking them
Onryo can also use her power to pretend she's breaking a pallet. There is a counter to it though, as the animations and sounds aren't identical. Basically, this is a git gud situation.
That is part of some other killers as well and is actually good for the skill ceiling.
