I honestly don't use it anymore since newer perks haven't been worth getting in my opinion. Reassurance? Won't even bother. Bloodpoints aren't worth more than shards to me, 100k is super easy to get.
I used it for the first time a couple weeks ago to unlock Appraisal for my Plunderer Ace. 🙂
