[Accessibility] Shadowborn needs to be basekit as a FOV slider: Migraines
Shadowborn should be a FOV slider setting to adjust the killer FOV between 87 (the current default) and 103 (the amount with Shadowborn). Shadowborn, and Monitor & Abuse's FOV increase would receive reworks. This is necessary as some people quite literally are forced to use this perk to avoid getting a migraine just from playing.
