Sadako Condemnation Buff Idea
If you are within 16 meters of Sadako when she teleports to a TV, you begin passively building condemnation as if you were carrying a tape. This is stopped when you spread the curse.
I like this idea because right now i feel like when you play against Onryo, it's better to completely ignore interacting with the TVs. This is not good. Survivors should be afraid of them.
Also in the film the victims get cursed by seeing the tape and not carrying it.
