So lemme get this straight about Dead Hard...

It inflicts exhaustion, but unless you are exhausted because you used it, you can still use it.

I have seen so many people bring say Sprint Burst and Dead Hard or Balanced Landing and Dead Hard and be able to use both without getting their exhaustion down. Why is that? It's so stupid. There goes the thought process of "Well they used Sprint Burst so they don't have Dead Hard."

    That doesn't seem intentional, maybe it's a bug?

    No, i think its intentional, because dead hard is missing the phrase "cannot by used while exhausted" which sprint burst and the like have. It causes exhaustion, but its not affected by it as it seems.

    You certainly can't use it while exhausted, otherwise you'd be able to spam it until the killer hits you.
