Hide scratches, blood, sound of recently unhooked survivors until a Conspicuous action?

I was thinking about ways to help steer killers away from simply rehitting a survivor right after an unhook and I don’t remember seeing this particular suggestion before. What if after an unhook, in additional to the Endurance and speed boost survivors currently get, they also had no scratch marks, blood trail or injured sounds for, say, 30 seconds or until they do a Conspicuous action? That would help give them a chance to run and hide from the killer before they have a chance to really focus in and down them right after the unhook happens. I’m trying to think of a potential downside where survivors could abuse this but I’m not coming up with any off-hand.

Good idea, bad? 30 seconds the right duration? I’m curious what people think on this.
