Why dev's are not doing anything about this

When you 4% after 1 or 2 seconds you get stuck while you are running and getting something like rubberband. This is here since the game fot released.

And I am not posting this in bugs because YOU KNOW IT DEVS AND INCE GAIN YOU DONT CRAE

and if some mod closes this and say

Ehm dude you can post buge here like he is a robot I am gonna copy paste this in bug reporting only and only to know why devs domt care
