Yet another Thanatophobia and Pain Res topic

Yes I know everyone is having their say, but I just find the changes incredulous and haven't seen anyone put it into words I feel sum up my feelings yet.

Pain Resonance: You've somehow brought back the worst part of this perk (it's synergy with DMS) while still leaving out the best part of the perk (the information that gave the killer somewhere to go after the hook, thus reducing camping).

All this perk needed, was to eliminate the scream that kicked a survivor off the gen, while keeping the noise notification for the killer, this would show the killer which generator it hit, but not if a survivor was on it at the time. In exchange, it could have had it's regression nerfed to 10% or even 8%.

Thanatophobia: This perk is now useless on any killer who can't rapidly injure all survivors, basically anyone other than Legion, Plague or potentially Nurse. Yet those killers will still be very oppressive with this perk until a survivor is eliminated which was the whole problem with this perk to begin with!

You could have just nerfed it to 4% per stack. This would have put it at a maximum of 16% slowdown, which is what Gift Of Pain is now at. This would still make it a viable slowdown perk without being oppressive for survivors. It would still depreciate in value as survivors are eliminated, which is a good thing about this perk, without it being utterly useless after one survivor is gone.

I don't understand, why you couldn't do the easy thing, and simply nerf the base values of their regression/slowdown. As a Killer Main™ who actually uses these perks, this would have been absolutely ideal. You would have saved yourselves a ton of trouble and got it right first time.
