Here is a cute, lil idea to help new players out and explain the somewhat complicated prestige system to them first hand.

Hand out a P3/P6/P9 token after 5/10/20h of gameplay in the roles of survivor or killer that they can spend on any survivor/killer to the tokens prestige level.

This helps a lil bit to lessen to insurmountable grind that a new player faces and let's them experience what the prestige threshold will do.
