The Free Songbird top has hand jewellery and before it didnt.
The Old Glory Knotted T-shirt has breast physics missing.

All of Kate's jorts are still visually bugged too. The slit leather skirt is also visually bugged still. I didn't even realize all of the things you mentioned were also there until I read this post.
also her hair from sunshine queen outfit is bugged since last year. remember how it was at it's release?
yeah, her little roses on the the braid hair are floating
i'm actually talking about the hair itself, it changed completely.
In this screenshot it is clearly seen that the prestige shirt has that blood error in addition to the fact that it does not have breast physics in any outfit like before
