Why does it take forever for BHVR related to do anything
Firstly, only one of my issues with this deals with bugs(which I did submit) so it's not really a "just wait for it" thing
So to the issue(first of many), DBD Discord there are users that have promoted self harm. The right thing to do, report the person. However the crew doesn't seem to care at all, it has been two days and literally no ModMail messages or DMs. If you can't do something in a timely manner get the hell off a staff role.
Next issue(the bug I report), I am currently banned for another 3-4 hours because whenever I chase a Steve(any Steve) the game crashes. Reported it and got a fancy automated email about it saying someone will email back... 2 days later nothing...
Lastly, the forums, there are many things on this forum that shouldn't be on here(i.e hate on the players, hate to specific people at BHVR, etc.) and if the mod team on the forums don't like you they close your forum down. This place is meant to spread ideas and let people talk freely but it's no better then N. Korea, in my opinion.
Hopefully, y'all had a good read and ALL of BHVR can do better, in game and out of game

Firstly, the Discord is not run by BHVR - we are in Partnership with the Server Owner there, it's not our responsibility to moderate it.
Secondly, that sounds like a technical issue on your end, I would suggest perusing the tech sub forum here for assistance with your issue.
If you see a post that breaks forum rules then please feel free to report it - and we do not close forum accounts, we have a ban escalation system and request that users remain within our forum rules. Those who are unable to contain their behaviour will get a warning - it's very rare to receive an instant permanent ban from this forum, and it's for extreme places. Talking freely is fine, being rude and/or insulting to others is not, we expect our users to behave in a mature manner!
