Forced camera angle change (from being 2nd hooked) wastes my Premonition

After the killer hooked me a second time, I tried to look away from them to keep my Premonition off cooldown to save it for when I'm unhooked, but the camera angle changes (out of my control) and forces Premonition on cooldown.
