Spam unhook griefing

Add a cooldown of 10 seconds or something so trolls with miserable lives can't keep spam unhooking you when you want to move on to the next match and remove hook grabs

It's rare but it does happen, usually in solo queue and it's very annoying/frustrating, toxic behavior should never be rewarded

    This wouldn't be fair vs killers at hook trades. RN if you are a killer and get to the hook before a survivor, and the survivor is healthy you usually play the grabbing game where the survivor spams grab to get to the killer to swing then unhooks so they can trade. If you couldn't spam it the killer won't swing until you hard commit and then will grab you. Camping would be made significantly stronger with such a change in my opinion.

    Edit: just saw your if grabs were removed. That would work in that case then but could still have really frustrating moments where maybe you accidently let go of the trigger, get out on CD for x seconds and the other survivor goes into the next phase due to it
