Bloodpoints for being camped to incentivize not suiciding on hook

Currently, there's a few issues with being on the receiving end of being camped: If the person on hook immediately gives up, it screws the rest of the team. However, the person on hook will likely be screwed in terms of Bloodpoints earned and any emblem progress, thus not really giving any good reason to stay around either. However, most ideas people have of combating camping are extremely hard to balance because they're way too easy to abuse or too easy to ignore. So I have a solution that doesn't concern balance at all of gameplay:

Survivor gets X amount of BP per second the killer is in Y meters of the hook. Thus, you don't have to worry about whether the killer is actually in chase or survivors are hiding near hook or whatever, it's just completely non-gameplay-related.

For example, 250 BP per second the killer is in 24 meters of the hook. Then, waiting out all 120 seconds is a free 30,000 BP for being camped.

I propose that the Bloodpoints are added after the game ends, do not count towards category caps, and are not affected by offerings (like how old BBQ/WGLF and BP offerings work).
