Last second add ons for survivors
C'mon bhvr. You know how many times I set up a load out for a specific type of play style only to have the survivors all equip the strongest flashlights possible 1 second before launch? Too many. Nerf that ######### to a somewhat practical mechanic that can't be so heavily exploited
