Potential issue regarding certain combo.
Let me just say this out-loud:
New Botany Knowledge.
Emergency Med-Kit.
Both Styptic Agent and Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe.
And if you are worried about Franklin's Demise - Built to Last.
Damned if you hit them - speed boost and free Mend.
Damned if you wait - just becoming healthy.
Not to mention by themsleves you have Styptic which is Dead Hard without animation lock making you able to vault/drop Pallet
AND
Syringe which you can pop on other side of map, start working on a Gen and literally lose no time whatsover on Healing.
Your only consistent counter as Killer in-chase against this combo: Coulrophobia and Plague.
Outside of chase: ...Forced Penance?
Sloppy Butcher won't work because I can bring Desperate Measures to counter-act it basically.
Yeah, how about we change this instead of Off the Record where it's obvious someone may have it and they won't do any progress in matches with this.
That's my feedback on this and I hope we won't see it much. Because this is literally "damned if you hit or wait".
Literally Dead Hard and generally worse but one-time use which seems "fine" but uh... Not really?
