Buff Hillbilly ffs
This killer is garbage. He's bad at everything even mobility, considering half of the maps are indoor maps and the other half have tons of debris and obstacles his mobility is also bad.
His instadown ability (chainsaw) is completely useless 85%-90% of the time. Survis have a lot of time to reach pallets/windows/exit gates literally anything by just pressing full w in loops. This damn character is super slow.
So buff him reducing every possible cooldown he has (just reduce numbers) and increase his walking speed when using the chainsaw to 100/4,0 when he's using the chainsaw. This way survivors will not always reach a safe position.
