Licker Tongue

  • Increases the duration of the Hindered status effect when contaminating a Survivor by +0.2 seconds.

The Problem

  • The add-on has a limited amount of uses when going for it (8 normally, 7 with Broken Recovery Coin), making it a very niche add-on already.
  • The duration of the Hindered status effect is also very negligible due to the long cooldown of Nemesis' Tentacle Strike, and the fact that Survivors could instead be hit by Zombies in or out of chase, negating the full effects of the add-on entirely.

The Solution: Licker Tongue

  • Reduces Tentacle Strike's successful attack cooldown by -0.5 seconds upon reaching Mutation II.

This basically makes the Licker Tongue add-on fit more into its description and what its origin it's based on does. By making successful Tentacle Strikes faster at Mutation II, this also gives Nemesis some reward for hitting the attack properly by giving him lower recovery time instead of extra, negligible Hindering duration. This doesn't affect missed Tentacle Strikes, however, meaning that Survivors are still rewarded for making him miss.
