Has the decrease in pallet break time affected breaking abilities/ M2s?

Basically wondering if stuff like demos shred, billy chainsaw and blights lethal rush have been affect in how quickly they break pallets, or is it only the kick interaction that is affected? Would take away one of the main benefits of demo and bubba at least slightly imo, where it really shines. Would appreciate an answer very much :)

Bubba and billy already break pallets fast enough as is, but demo should be looked at.

Nemesis tears through pallets at tier 2. He's fine in that regard. His add on's need to be looked at.
